On December 22, 1976, I signed up for Precise Consulting Associates's premium plan at their Melvinatown, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $650.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sigrid W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
