On May 16, 1983, I signed up for Integrity Consulting Advocates Enterprises's installation service at their Port Charlotte, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $897.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alejandrin O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
