I purchased a service from Practice Advisors of Precise on April 8, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mozelle I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
