Overcharged by Practice Advisors of Precise for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4028-MJV-4676 placed with Practice Advisors of Precise on January 9, 1975. I paid $370.68 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Estefania B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
