Misdiagnosis complaint against Life Associates Corp.

On April 13, 1975, I signed up for Life Associates Corp.'s support package at their West Tatefort, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $387.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elenora M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
