I want to report a serious concern with HarmonyLife's accessory that I purchased on July 14, 1999 from your Flatleyville, Oregon store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brooklyn A., but my issue remains unresolved.
