ModernStore failed to honor their commitment

On April 12, 1972, I signed up for ModernStore's delivery service at their Lourdesside, Maine location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $110.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Saige Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
