Overcharged by Realty & Management Group for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9195-MBS-3342 placed with Realty & Management Group on December 5, 2008. I paid $482.73 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cristopher D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
