Realty & Management Group refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Realty & Management Group's account that I purchased on October 18, 2013 from your East Winona, North Dakota store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keyon H., but my issue remains unresolved.
