Elite Skills of Mastery Enterprises failed to honor their commitment

On March 4, 1982, I signed up for Elite Skills of Mastery Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their Isacton, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $228.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rowena F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
