I have been a loyal customer of Smart Computing Darwin Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9618-TUW-1009) on February 17, 2013, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
