I am writing regarding order #ORD-6219-GTE-2348 placed with Homes of Golden Group on August 25, 1975. I paid $176.5 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janie K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
