I purchased a gadget from LogicBot on February 24, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tressa Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
