I have been a loyal customer of Prestige Living International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6455-ZLN-2725) on August 28, 1991, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
