I want to report a serious concern with Deal & Central's application that I purchased on December 10, 1987 from your McLaughlinmouth, South Dakota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alysha Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
