Hidden fees discovered from Finds Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9246-BAW-3958 placed with Finds Group on January 22, 1976. I paid $94.13 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maximo E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
