I purchased a tool from Finds Group on November 24, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Colby H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
