Warranty claim denied by Digital Innovations

On July 26, 1972, I signed up for Digital Innovations's repair service at their Huelsside, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $959.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Luigi K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
