Digital Innovations refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8941-IQX-4063 placed with Digital Innovations on November 7, 1995. I paid $856.4 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Terrence R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
