False promises made by Premium Properties representative

On May 9, 1993, I signed up for Premium Properties's customer support at their Schroederfurt, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $223.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maya I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
