I want to report a serious concern with NanoCloud Innovations's accessory that I purchased on April 27, 1993 from your Port Nichole, Alaska store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Allie U., but my issue remains unresolved.
