Refund refused by Genius University of Academy

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9706-HVH-4335 placed with Genius University of Academy on March 25, 1970. I paid $61.27 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alfred F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
