Billing dispute with Life Professionals

On May 17, 1976, I signed up for Life Professionals's premium plan at their Hartmannchester, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $452.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tamara D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
