Misleading advertising by Life Professionals

On August 6, 1997, I signed up for Life Professionals's troubleshooting service at their Lake Berniece, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $580.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mike K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
