I am writing regarding order #ORD-2258-EAU-5616 placed with Peak Life Corp. on December 11, 2011. I paid $146.75 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Savanna M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
