Frustrated with Justice & Chambers Enterprises's lack of response

On October 9, 2015, I signed up for Justice & Chambers Enterprises's exchange program at their North Angie, Maine location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $760.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jamie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
