I purchased a application from Artisan Eats Co on September 26, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Theodore G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
