False promises made by Table & Provisions representative

I purchased a solution from Table & Provisions on January 31, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alba F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
