False promises made by Buy & World representative

On March 26, 2001, I signed up for Buy & World's technical assistance at their Port Jarret, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $168.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madyson Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
