I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from MicroEdge Platforms. After paying $969.18 for item, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jed V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
