Refund refused by SoftMicro

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4944-VVF-8603 placed with SoftMicro on May 26, 1986. I paid $227.38 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maria V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
