On December 18, 1997, I signed up for SoftMicro's training session at their Florineton, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $638.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clarissa M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
