I want to report a serious concern with Spice & Provisions Nonthaburi's service that I purchased on December 8, 1979 from your Ramirohaven, Vermont store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sandy H., but my issue remains unresolved.
