Quality issues with Properties Investments Group product

On August 7, 1991, I signed up for Properties Investments Group's troubleshooting service at their West Erlington, Maine location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $953.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Roy X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
