On June 7, 2018, I signed up for Trusted Rights Consultants's warranty service at their Port Olinview, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $857.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jaylon N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
