I am writing regarding order #ORD-4921-VHR-5784 placed with SecureCloud on June 5, 1991. I paid $682.77 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Queen D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
