I purchased a device from SecureCloud on May 7, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ena R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
