I am writing regarding order #ORD-3987-NTN-3202 placed with Quantum Ventures LLC on July 7, 1981. I paid $429.0 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Thora J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
