Frustrated with ByteWeb's lack of response

On November 27, 2007, I signed up for ByteWeb's customer support at their Susannafurt, Washington location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $867.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wyatt W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
