Quality issues with Web Labs product

On April 4, 1979, I signed up for Web Labs's warranty service at their Wiegandbury, Washington location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $495.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kali M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
