Warranty claim denied by Tastes & Foods

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1382-FUG-9418 placed with Tastes & Foods on January 4, 2000. I paid $192.58 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delphine H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
