Overcharged by Domain & Solutions Inc. for service

On January 21, 2010, I signed up for Domain & Solutions Inc.'s customer support at their Erikville, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $55.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvilla U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
