WebLogic Platforms Enterprises tech support failed to resolve issue

On March 11, 2002, I signed up for WebLogic Platforms Enterprises's consultation at their Breitenbergshire, Texas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $283.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eula D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
