I want to report a serious concern with Strategic Advocate Firm's package that I purchased on August 29, 2010 from your Port Vincenzoport, Alaska store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Prudence D., but my issue remains unresolved.
