I have been a loyal customer of Horizon Institute of Education for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4535-FOR-4538) on July 18, 2021, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
