Misleading advertising by Horizon Institute of Education

On April 24, 1974, I signed up for Horizon Institute of Education's installation service at their Brantton, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $337.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Betty S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
