Frustrated with Hyper Link Regina's lack of response

I purchased a platform from Hyper Link Regina on July 22, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Emmett T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
