False promises made by Hyper Link Regina representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1140-WVJ-1824 placed with Hyper Link Regina on October 21, 1970. I paid $815.32 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sharon Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
