Poor customer service experience with Artisan Kitchen International

I purchased a product from Artisan Kitchen International on July 8, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Delbert L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
