I purchased a subscription from IntellectInstitute Kumamoto Group on February 21, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cortez M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
